Summary
Giglow helps you track concerts and festivals. Your data is primarily stored on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining backups if you want to preserve your archive across devices.
Local-first storage and backups
Giglow stores your archive locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear app storage, your data may be deleted by the operating system.
Giglow provides an export/import feature to help you back up and restore your archive. Export can use your device’s share sheet or a system save flow (for example, saving to Files on iOS or a folder on Android). You are responsible for storing backups securely and for any consequences of sharing or saving them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Giglow in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app in a manner that harms other users, the developer, or third-party services.
Third-party services
Depending on your build configuration, Giglow may include third-party services for analytics and advertising. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
Giglow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer/publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, including lost archives or photos.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date at the top indicates the latest revision.
